FORGOT ITUNES PASSWORD

Apple's iTunes is a popular and useful music program which allows users to listen to, arrange, and download music. In order to access Apple's iTunes store users need to create a user name and password. If you forget your iTunes password you will be unable to download new music. Fortunately, there is an easy process for recovering your password.
The first step to recover your password is to go to the sign-in tab and click -Forgot Password? The primary method for recovering your password is to simply have Apple e-mail you a password reset link to the e-mail address linked to your iTunes account. This will send you a randomly generated password which you can use to log in to your account and enter a new password.

If you are unable to access your email account you can get a new password through the secret question which you entered when you created your account. The software will ask you to confirm a piece of personal information and then will ask the secret question. After you answer the secret question you will be able to set a new password.
If a user cannot access his or her email account nor remember the answer to the secret question, the last remaining option is to call iTunes customer service. The customer service representative will ask you to confirm your information and can allow you to access your account.
